For technical problems, three things shorten the road a lot: your iPhone model, your iOS version, and which screen the problem happened on. If you're reporting a shortcut as wrong, tell us the app and both key combinations — every correction is checked against Apple's and Microsoft's own documentation before it ships.
Type the action, not the menu path: "copy", "close window", "screenshot",
"task manager". You can also type the shortcut you already know from the other
system — searching ctrl alt del works. Typos are forgiven; word order
doesn't matter.
⌘ is Command (next to the space bar), ⌥ is Option (Windows people know it as Alt), ⌃ is Control, ⇧ is Shift. On a PC keyboard connected to a Mac, the Windows key acts as Command and Alt acts as Option.

Open the cheat sheet tab, pick the shortcuts you keep forgetting (or accept the suggested set), and tap save. The app asks for add-only photo access — it can save the image it made, and cannot see your photos. Then set the saved image as your lock screen from the Photos app.
Yes — the Saved tab lets you add custom shortcuts with both key combinations and an optional note. They live only on your device and appear in search like any built-in entry.
No. KeySwap is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID. Install it from the App Store on the new device and it's yours. (Your favourites and custom shortcuts transfer with a standard device-to-device migration or iCloud device backup, since they live in the app's local storage.)
No. Nothing in the app uses a network — search, practice, and the cheat sheet all work in airplane mode. See the privacy policy: there is nothing to connect to.
